Update allows printing of Activity Lists when the presenter fields are blank.

This update is for v4.2 ONLY and cannot be applied to 4.10 or earlier.
Other changes and fixes
Fixed the reported problem where an Activity List report will not print all
activities. The root cause of the problem is when an activity has no
presenters assigned. This update accounts for blank presenters.
To install this update:
Rename your current PACE.EXE to PACExxx.EXE where 'xxx' is your current
version build number
Download this file to your PACE folder
Start using PACE - no additional steps required
