PACE 4.2 "PActive" Patch
Description
When trying to print the "Activity List" report you recevied the error "SQL: Column 'PACTIVE' is not found"

How do I Extract a Zip file?
Step 1: Double click the zip file that you want to unzip
Step 2: Right click on the file(s) that you want to extract
Step 3: Select the target directory | Click "Extract"
To install this update:
- Make sure all other users are out of PACE
- Backup your PACE data
- Download this file to your PACE folder
- Launch PACE
- The RunOnce .APP file will automatically execute when you start PACE
- This Run Once update will add new fields to the Staff & Presenters table
- Rebuild the database after the update has been applied
What this update does:
- Adds an Active field in the Person table, allows you to mark a person as inactive or active which most reports can use as a search criteria. The default value is Active.
- Adds Home and Work e-mail address fields to the Person table. The default values are blank.
- Adds a Continuation Term field to the Person table. This allows for each person to have a different length continuation term in years. The default is 5 years when this field is first added. The default for new staff members is based on the value in the district table (Tools | Options | Defaults tab).
Note: This patch can be re-applied without losing any existing data.
