Question
Error: Uniqueness of index PID is violated.
Applies to Version(s): 4.2.372 and prior.
Answer
When changing your provider ID from "999 - Walker Systems Support" to your PID you may receive the following error when exiting PACE. You will be allowed to make and save the change from the Tools | Options screen, but you won't be able to exit PACE.

Workaround
Select "Revert" and exit PACE - this will undo the Provider ID change
Create a PACE.INI file in the same folder as PACE.EXE, the contents of the .INI file should be as shown below. Replace 'xxx' with your provider ID (PID).
[PACE4]
ProviderID=xxx
Start PACE
Your provider ID will be set already, but you should verify the name and address
Activate PACE
Exit
This has been resolved with the free update posted here http://www.Pace4.com/PACEweb.nsf/files/374
